The purpose of this webpage is to start getting Taylor's message in public view. Why would he want it in the public view? Eventually Taylor will be running for public office, starting small and working his way up to national government. Most of the activity on the site will be through the blog, but for real in-depth stuff it is strongly recommended that you read "The Issues" page. Keeping an open mind is really important while reading, and forgetting any prior bias will really help to understand where he comes from on these issues. It's easy to attack and scoff, but it's valuable to listen and seek to understand from outside the proverbial fishbowl.
